1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your"), and oren33 (hereinafter "oren33", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at oren33.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager — whether in connection with casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, or any other gaming service offered by oren33 — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — The number of times a Player must wager a given Bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and proof-of-payment verification, required by oren33 before processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the oren33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. oren33 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy consistent with internationally licensed casino operations. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be owned by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds dealt with in accordance with applicable procedures.

• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. oren33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. oren33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify oren33 immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. You agree that any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of a security breach will be treated as authorised by you.

5 Terms of Use

The oren33 Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to use it in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following general terms of use apply to all Players at all times:

• You will use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by oren33.

• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered. oren33 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.
• You will respect all other Platform users and staff, and will not engage in abusive, offensive, or harassing conduct via any communication channel on the Platform.

oren33 reserves the right to monitor all Platform activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any activity that oren33 reasonably determines to be in breach of these Terms may result in account suspension, bet voiding, or permanent account closure, at oren33's sole discretion.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the oren33 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits: oren33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from RM30 for e-wallets; from RM50 for bank transfers). Deposits are subject to oren33's internal verification and anti-fraud procedures, which may result in processing delays in exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name and previously used for a deposit, where technically feasible. oren33 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method.

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB): typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20): processed within 30–60 minutes, subject to network confirmation.

Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in their jurisdiction. oren33 does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of players. You should consult a qualified tax adviser regarding your personal tax obligations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

oren33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Players are advised to review wagering requirements before claiming any bonus. Standard welcome bonuses carry a 20x rollover requirement unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; slot games contribute 80%–100%; live dealer games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Wallet, a maximum single bet limit may apply as stated in the promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by oren33.
• Abuse Prevention: oren33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit, use of multiple accounts, or systematic abuse of promotions through coordinated play.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the oren33 Platform, including pre-match and live in-play markets across all sports including football, UFC, basketball, tennis, esports, and Liga Super Malaysia:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. oren33 uses decimal odds format by default.
• oren33 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with oren33's standard void and cancellation rules, with stakes returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to significant in-game events.
• oren33 operates maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are specified in the Platform's sportsbook rules and may be updated periodically.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the Player after placement, except where oren33's cancellation policy expressly permits it.
• oren33 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for individual Players or specific markets at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9 Responsible Gambling

oren33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and provide the following player protection tools and policies:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the nominated period.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net wagering activity.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using software tools, AI, bots, or automated systems to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or match-fixing in live dealer or poker games.
• Exploiting software glitches, exploits, or system errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud against oren33 for any deposit transaction.
• Abusing, threatening, harassing, or defaming oren33 staff or other Platform users.

oren33 reserves the right to share information regarding any of the above behaviours with relevant law enforcement authorities, financial regulators, and other gaming operators where legally required or appropriate.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the oren33 Platform, including but not limited to the oren33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text content, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of oren33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompilation of any Platform software; or scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of oren33's intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of the Player's Account.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oren33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

oren33 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond oren33's reasonable control. Where services are interrupted during an active wager, oren33 will endeavour to settle affected bets fairly in accordance with its standard procedures.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13 Termination

By oren33: oren33 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or commercial decision. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe via the Player's last verified payment method.

By the Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting oren33's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Accounts subject to ongoing withdrawal requests, KYC investigations, or security holds may not be immediately closeable.

Upon Account closure or termination, any outstanding Bonus Funds, unmet wagering requirement balances, and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are verified as legitimately earned will be returned net of any charges permitted under these Terms.

14 Amendments

oren33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oren33 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oren33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them.
